Over 300 vendors and 2000 valued Ace Endico customers was descend upon the stadium concourse to talk shop, taste, sip, and sample products which drive the foodservice industry.
“The Yankee Stadium event is our way of showing our appreciation to our valued customers. This provides a sense of industry professionalism with the Ace Endico family touch,” says Laura Endico Verzello, Director of Marketing for Ace Endico, a family-owned business since 1982, “All ownership and management will be onsite interacting with our customer base. The show hosts hundreds of product buying specials.”
This unique food show showcases Ace Endico’s premiere vendors preparing and displaying innovative products and cooking solutions. From cooking and baking demonstrations to seafood shucking, beverage sampling, and new product intros, the foodservice industry comes together for a day of networking, education, and camaraderie.
Yankee Stadium, a Legends Hospitality property and Ace Endico customer for 12 years, not only supplies the stunning backdrop for the food show, but it delivers a true sports fan experience. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour the New York Yankees Museum filled with baseball memorabilia and snap a photo of themselves with a sea of World Series trophies. Adding to the excitement of the day was book signings with Yankee greats David Cone and Jack Curry, and appearances by Johnny Damon, Nick Swisher, Joe Girardi,  Tino Martinez, and Mariano Rivera.
